Creation and Role of the Film Development Council of the Philippines

- Section 17, Article VII of the Constitution mandates the President's control over all executive departments, bureaus, and offices.
- The President must ensure the faithful execution of all laws.
Delegation of Oversight to the Secretary of Education
- The President delegates the power to exercise oversight over the Film Academy of the Philippines and the Film Development Council of the Philippines to the Secretary of Education.
- This delegation stems from the President's constitutional and administrative authority.
Repealing and Amendment Provisions
- Any executive issuances, rules, and regulations or parts thereof inconsistent with this delegation are repealed, amended, or modified accordingly.
Effectivity Clause
- The Executive Order takes effect immediately upon issuance.
