    • Recommending individuals to positions in private enterprises that have official transactions with their office.
  2. Entrepreneurial activities must not conflict with or tend to conflict with official functions.

  3. Such activities cannot be conducted during official office hours or within the mandated forty-hour workweek.

  4. Government resources, facilities, equipment, and supplies must not be used for business or economic ventures.
