  • Coordination with Civil Service Commission, National Police Commission, and concerned bureaus (PNP, BFP, BJMP, BuCor).

Separability Clause

  • If any provision declared invalid or unconstitutional, other unaffected provisions remain valid.

Repealing Clause

  • Laws and issuances inconsistent with this Act are repealed or modified accordingly.

Effectivity

  • Act takes effect 15 days after full publication in Official Gazette or newspaper of general circulation.
