Separability and repealing provisions

  • Section 6 provides that if any part, section, or provision of RA 11549 is declared invalid or unconstitutional, the remaining sections or provisions remain valid and subsisting.
  • Section 7 repeals or modifies accordingly all laws, decrees, ordinances, rules, regulations, other issuances, or parts thereof that are inconsistent with RA 11549.
