Appropriations

  • Fund allocation to be included in the General Appropriations Act following enactment and thereafter.

Separability Clause

  • Invalidity of any provision shall not affect the remainder of the Act.

Repealing Clause

  • Laws or regulations inconsistent with this Act are repealed or modified accordingly.

Effectivity

  • Act takes effect 15 days from publication in the Official Gazette or two newspapers of general circulation.
