  • If owners fail or are unable to maintain cleanliness, government will clean the lot at the owner's expense.
  • Government may utilize the cleaned land for food production programs through the Barangay Council.

Supervision and Enforcement

  • The Secretary of Public Works, Transportation and Communications is tasked with supervision of implementation.
  • Support is provided by health officials and local government units concerned.

Legal Modifications

  • Any existing laws, decrees, orders, or regulations inconsistent with this decree are amended or modified accordingly.

Effectivity
