Recognition of Passing Grades in Subjects for Future Examinations
- Declares that any candidate who has obtained at least 75% in any subject in any bar examination after July 4, 1946, is considered to have passed that subject.
- These passing grades in individual subjects are recognized for subsequent bar examinations and included in computation of the candidate’s general average for those future examinations.
Effectivity of the Law
- The Act became effective immediately upon its approval on June 21, 1953.
- It was enacted without the need for executive approval, emphasizing legislative authority in setting bar examination standards.
