Role of Implementing Agencies and Local Government Units

All implementing agencies and local government units are required to seek and encourage collaboration with relief agencies and volunteer-organizations with proven records.

Oversight by the Presidential Task Force on Rehabilitation

The Presidential Task Force on Rehabilitation is tasked with overseeing all relief agencies' and volunteer-organizations' participation.
