Purpose and policy of reorganization

- The municipality of Pantukan is defined as the territory comprised in the barrios of Kingking, Pantukan, Cuambog, Tangnanan, Pindasan, Matiao, Bongbong, and Magnaga.
- The reorganization applies to the municipal districts of Malita and Pantukan, Province of Davao, and converts them into independent municipalities.
Seats of government
- The seat of government of the municipality of Malita is placed in the barrior of Malita.
- The seat of government of the municipality of Pantukan is placed in the barrior of Pantukan.
Effectivity and timing
- The organization takes effect on January 1, 1937.
- The Order specifically provides that the increase and municipal organization become effective on that date.
