Conditions for the Existence of New Municipalities
- Each municipality (Hagonoy, Malalag, Doña Alicia, Babak) will exist starting upon:
- Appointment and qualification of mayor, vice-mayor, and majority of councilors
- Certification by Secretary of Finance or Provincial Treasurer of Davao of financial capability to implement Minimum Wage Law
