Continuity of Current Officials
- The incumbent officials of the municipal district – specifically the president, vice-president, and councilors – are allowed to continue holding office.
- Their tenure remains valid until their successors are elected during the 1928 general election.
Name, Territory, and Boundaries
- The new regular municipality retains the name "San Mariano."
- It maintains the same territory and boundaries as existed before conversion.
Effectivity of the Act
- The provisions of this Act become effective immediately upon its approval on December 7, 1927.
