Upgrading of Sub-Port to Principal Port of Entry

  • Sub-port of Clark SEZ is abolished as a sub-port under Collection District No. II-A (Port of Manila).

  • Port is located within the fenced Clark SEZ as defined by Presidential Proclamation No. 163, 1993.

Jurisdictional Authority

  • Commissioner of Customs authorized, with Secretary of Finance approval, to redefine boundaries of Collection District II-A.
  • Jurisdictional limits for new port to be delineated and designated as Customs Collection District No. XIV (Port of Clark International Airport).

Cooperation Between Clark Development Corporation and Bureau of Customs

  • Both entities must enter into a Memorandum of Agreement within 30 days post-order effectivity.
