The following license transactions allow applicants to take another examination without the one-month waiting period:

  • Applicants delinquent for more than two (2) years.
  • Applicants changing their license status from non-professional to professional.
  • Applicants seeking to add a restriction code.
  • Applicants converting an expired foreign license.

Procedures for Reexamination Outside Student Driver Classification

  • Applicants falling under the transactions listed above who fail their examination may retake the exam at any time.
  • They must pay an application fee of twenty-five pesos (P25.00) for each examination attempt.
