Appropriations and Funding Allocation
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to include the operationalization of Hanawan National High School in the Department's program immediately.
- Initial funding will be drawn from the current year's budget allocated to the Ocampo National High School Hanawan Annex.
- For subsequent years, the necessary budget for the school’s continued operations shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act, ensuring sustained government funding.
Implementation and Rulemaking
- The Secretary of Education possesses the authority to issue the necessary rules and regulations to effectively implement the provisions of this Act.
- These regulations ensure smooth transition and operationalization of the newly independent school.
Effectivity and Publication
- The Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Legislative Approval and Authentication
- The law was passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on October 3, 2011 and July 24, 2012, respectively.
- It was signed into law by the President of the Philippines on November 14, 2012.
