Prescribed Dress Code for Examinees

  • Female examinees: Clinical uniform with white shoes and white stockings; exclusion of nameplate, school insignia/logo, and pin.
  • Pregnant female examinees: White clinical scrub suit.
  • Male examinees: Clinical uniform with white shoes and white socks; exclusion of nameplate, school insignia/logo, and pin.
  • Repeaters: Allowed to wear white clinical scrub suit.

Enforcement and Consequences

  • Examinees not complying with the dress code shall not be allowed to take the examination.
  • Examination fees paid by non-compliant examinees will be forfeited.
  • Examinees denied entry but arriving later in proper dress code are not allowed to take the test if late for the subject.

Dissemination and Implementation

  • Copies of the Resolution to be furnished to relevant PRC offices, CHED, Philippine Nurses Association, and academic institutions offering Nursing courses.
  • Intended for dissemination to all candidates/applicants for the Nurses Licensure Examination.

Effectivity

  • This Resolution shall take effect fifteen (15) days after complete publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines.
