Lead, coordination, and monitoring roles
- The National Commission on the Role of Filipino Women (NCRFW) leads the nationwide yearly observance of the campaign.
- The NCRFW coordinates, monitors, and evaluates the observance from November 25 to December 12 of every year.
- The NCRFW performs its campaign functions in coordination with:
- the Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking (IACAT); and
- the Inter-Agency Council on Violence against Women and Children (IACVAM/C).
Duty to support and participate
- All departments and agencies of the national government must actively support and participate in protecting human rights of women against violence and all forms of discrimination.
- State colleges and universities must actively support and participate in protection of human rights of women against violence and discrimination.
- Local Government Units (LGUs) must actively support and participate in protection of human rights of women against violence and discrimination.
- All other sectors of society must actively support and participate in protecting human rights of women against violence and discrimination.
