Funding source for implementation

Severability

  • Section 6 provides that if any section or provision is held unconstitutional or invalid, the validity of the other sections is not affected.

Effectivity

  • Section 7 provides that the Act takes effect fifteen (15) days following its publication in two (2) national newspapers of general circulation.
