Core Registration and Renewal Rule

- The Memorandum links resumption of enforcement to the expiration of the temporary restraining order issued by the Regional Trial Court of Quezon City in Case No. Q-95-24-604.
- The Memorandum also states there is no injunction against LTO under the cited case, allowing enforcement resumption.
Compliance Duty
