Country Coverage and Postal Exchanges

  • Only IEMS items destined for countries included in the approved schedule are accepted for posting.
  • As of the issuance, PhilPost maintains EMS exchange agreements with 56 countries, ensuring coverage.

Dissemination and Implementation

  • The new postage rate schedules covering 56 countries over 11 pages are provided as reference and guidance.
  • Regional Directors, Regional Operations Directors, Postal District Managers, Postmasters, and other field supervisors are tasked with informing and disseminating the revised rates to the mailing public.

Supersession of Previous Issuances

  • All former issuances related to IEMS postage rates are deemed superseded or modified by this administrative order.
