Establishment of NEUST-Sto. Domingo Campus
- Section 2 establishes a campus of the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology in the Municipality of Sto. Domingo, Province of Nueva Ecija.
- The established campus is known as the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST)-Sto. Domingo Campus.
- Section 2 integrates the campus into the University by defining the campus as a NEUST campus located in Sto. Domingo.
Primary educational mandate and leadership
- Section 3 requires the NEUST-Sto. Domingo Campus to primarily provide short-term, technical-vocational, undergraduate, and graduate courses within its areas of competency and specialization.
- Section 3 requires course offerings to be consistent with the University’s mandate, pursuant to its capabilities as determined by the Board of Regents.
- Section 3 requires program decisions to respond to the human resources development needs of the Province of Nueva Ecija and Region III.

Powers of the University and officials
- Section 8 grants to the University and its officials the powers, functions, privileges, responsibilities, and limitations of state universities and their officials under existing laws, whenever appropriate.
- Section 8 requires that these authority and responsibility rules apply to the University and its officials as determined by relevance to their functions.
Appropriations and budgeting
- Section 9 requires that the amount necessary to carry out Republic Act No. 11752 be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Separability and continuity
- Section 10 provides that if any part or provision of Republic Act No. 11752 is declared invalid or unconstitutional, the remaining parts or provisions not affected remain in full force and effect.
Repeal of inconsistent laws
- Section 11 repeals or modifies laws, presidential decrees, executive orders, rules and regulations that are contrary to or inconsistent with Republic Act No. 11752.
