- The Task Force works with the National Committee Against Squatting Syndicates and Professional Squatters to address squatting issues.

- Coordinates with the Prosecutor’s office and local government units to gather evidence and ensure swift prosecution.

- Directs local police through regional PNP directors to support Local Committees Against Squatting Syndicates and Professional Squatters.
- Required to submit regular reports on activities and achievements to the President via the Presidential Commission on Mass Housing (PCMH).
