- Can call upon all government, non-government, and private entities to support the Committee’s tasks.
Financial Provisions
- Department of Budget and Management directed to release PHP 2,971,000.00 to the Office of the Press Secretary.
- Funds cover operating expenses for the meeting.
- The release of funds chargeable against the 1993 International Commitments Funds.
- Subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
Effectivity
- The Executive Order took effect immediately upon issuance on December 7, 1993.
