Amended “Aid to the Blind and Handicapped Week”

  • All activities connected with the campaign by the named associations and entities must be under the direct supervision and control of the Social Welfare Administration.
  • The Social Welfare Administration must issue rules and regulations governing the manner of participation of the named associations or entities in the campaign.
