Flag Display Requirements (Section 1)
- The National Flag must be prominently displayed in the following locations:
- All public buildings.
- Schools.
- Government offices, including government-owned or controlled corporations.
- Public squares, parks, and plazas.
- Official residences.
- In large buildings or establishments, two or more flags should be displayed for greater visibility and honor.
- Any faded, dilapidated, or worn-out flags must be replaced with new flags of prescribed sizes to maintain dignity and respect.
- The general public is encouraged to participate by displaying the National Flag where practicable to demonstrate Filipino patriotism and nationhood.
Funding and Implementation (Section 2)
- Government agencies involved are authorized to allocate necessary funds to cover expenses related to the implementation of this order.
- The expenditure must adhere to established accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
Effectivity (Section 3)
- The Executive Order takes effect immediately upon its signing.
