  • Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD): Ensures vaccination of children in daycares and pre-schools; coordinates with LGUs and reports disease cases.
  • Council for the Welfare of Children (CWC): Coordinates efforts among agencies and LGUs, publishes progress reports.
  • Local Government Units (LGUs): Deliver free complete immunization for mothers and infants, maintain standards, provide outreach and social mobilization, identify and report cases, and conduct supplemental immunizations.
  • Civil Society: Supports program through advocacy and reporting children vaccinated outside public system and suspected disease cases.

Funding Provisions

  • DOH to fund procurement of quality vaccines for eligible populations.
  • LGUs to fund acquisition and disposal of auto-disabled needles and syringes, cover traveling expenses for health workers, and finance related immunization activities.

Repealing Clause

  • All existing rules or issuances inconsistent with this Executive Order are repealed or modified accordingly.

Effectivity

  • The Executive Order takes effect immediately upon publication.
