Policy declaration and religious observance

Repeals and modifications of inconsistent holiday rules
- Section 4 repeals or modifies all laws, presidential decrees, executive orders, issuances, rules, and regulations, or any part of them, that are inconsistent with Republic Act No. 11163.
- Section 4 specifically covers provisions regarding national nonworking holidays that conflict with the Act’s holiday declaration.
