Tax Exemptions and Benefits

  • NAS System payments, including customs duties, charged to the Tax Expenditure Fund.

Repealing Clause

  • Laws, decrees, orders, and rules inconsistent with this Act are modified, superseded, or repealed.

Effectivity

  • The Act takes effect 15 days after publication in the Official Gazette or a major newspaper of national circulation.
