- Fees also apply to additional services beyond the initial certificate capacity.
Administrative fees imposed (registration and additional services)
- A Certificate of Registration covering a maximum of five (5) value added services carries an annual fee of PHP 6,000.00.
- For an Additional Service, the annual charge is PHP 1,000.00 per service per year.
- For Certificate of Registration with less than five (5) services, an outright fee of PHP 6,000.00 is charged.
Certificate modification and service limit adjustments
- A registrant is allowed to modify a certificate to allow up to five (5) services.
- A registrant is allowed to increase the number above five (5) services.
- Any certificate modification or increase beyond the prior service number requires payment of the required modification fee.
- Modifications and increases must be made in accordance with the filing fees as now established.
Effectivity and publication requirements
- The circular takes effect fifteen (15) days after publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
- The effective date is also conditioned on furnishing three (3) certified copies to the UP Law Center.
