    • Signatures of the LTFRB Chairperson and Board Members.
    • Five (5) blank spaces, each representing a year of registration within the five-year validity of the CPC.

  • The initial cost of the Reverse Adhesive CPC sticker is set at PHP 350.00.
  • Annually, a reverse adhesive hologram costing PHP 25.00 must be secured and affixed to one of the blank spaces each year, indicating yearly registration.
  • The LTFRB authorized personnel are responsible for posting the sticker after confirming the unit's registration during inspections.

Scope and Effectivity

  • This Memorandum Circular supersedes all previous orders, guidelines, or issuances inconsistent with its provisions.
  • It takes effect immediately upon issuance to ensure smooth transition and compliance.
