- Class C: Presence of abnormal medical findings generally rendering the individual unacceptable for employment.
- Class D: Person declared unemployable due to health status.
- Pending: Cases requiring further evaluation due to equivocal findings; final classification to be determined after reassessment.
Implementation and Compliance

- All accredited medical clinics and hospitals must adhere to this system when evaluating overseas contract workers and seafarers.
