  • Packed Red Blood Cells (RBC): PhP 450.00
  • Fresh Frozen Plasma: PhP 300.00
  • Plasma (Liquid or Frozen): PhP 250.00
  • Platelet Rich Plasma: PhP 400.00
  • Platelet Concentrate: PhP 500.00
  • Cryoprecipitate: PhP 600.00
  • Washed RBC: PhP 600.00
  • Leucocyte Poor RBC: PhP 600.00
  • Additional charge for Rh negative blood: PhP 50.00
  • Rates include mandatory tests such as ABO grouping, hemoglobin content, and screening for malaria, syphilis, HBsAg, and HIV antibody.

Application of Maximum Rates

  • All blood banks, whether hospital-based or non-hospital, must charge these maximum rates in their transactions.
  • Exceptions allowing different rates require written application and approval from the Bureau of Research and Laboratories.

Special Provisions for Government and Philippine National Red Cross Hospitals

  • These institutions may charge lower rates specifically for indigent and service patients.
