Supervision by Bureau of Fisheries

Funding in the Department of Agriculture program

Effectivity and approval

- The President approved the Act on April 28, 2007.
- The Act is designated as Republic Act No. 9440 and titled as an act establishing a Marine Fisheries Laboratory in the Municipality of San Jose and authorizing the appropriation of funds therefor.
