Exceptions and Contingency Measures
- In cases where technical difficulties prevent use of the e-submit system, affected documentation shall temporarily revert to the regular processing procedures.
- Priority in processing shall still be maintained to avoid delays in deployment.

- Participants in the e-submit system are bound by the provisions of POEA Memorandum Circular No. 25, series of 2003.
