Funding and Operationalization

The Secretary of Education is mandated to include the operationalization of Malatgao National High School in the Department of Education’s program immediately.
Initial funding for the new independent school shall be charged against the current year’s appropriation originally allocated to the Malatgao Extension.
Subsequent funding requirements for ongoing operations shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Rulemaking Authority

The Secretary of Education is empowered to issue necessary rules and regulations to effectively implement and carry out the provisions of this law.

Effectivity

The law takes effect 15 days after its publication either in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
