  • The Filipino distributor is responsible for legal compliance and liable for any criminal or civil actions regarding the publication.

Penalties for Violations

  • Violations result in the cancellation of permits.
  • Guilty persons face imprisonment from six (6) months to five (5) years, a fine of Ten Thousand (P10,000.00) Pesos, or both.
  • If a corporation commits a violation, responsible officers or employees are penalized.

Repeal and Modification of Inconsistent Laws

  • All laws, decrees, orders, instructions, and rules inconsistent with this decree are repealed or modified accordingly.
