  • Such recruitment must be supervised by the MOLE Regional Office and conducted on its premises or designated locations.
  • Authorization to recruit in other places does not permit establishment of branches or extension offices unless explicitly authorized.

Change or Transfer of Business Address

  • Any change or transfer of business address requires prior authorization from the Administrator.
  • Must comply with the relevant Memorandum Circular No. 8 dated February 8, 1983.

Designation of Agents and Representatives

  • Agents or representatives must be approved in advance by the POEA, per the Memorandum Circular dated May 18, 1983.
  • The agency assumes full responsibility for all acts of these agents or representatives in recruitment and placement.
  • Agents or representatives cannot establish branch or extension offices unless expressly authorized.

Establishment of Extension or Other Offices

  • Extensions or other offices require prior authorization from the Administration.
