Validity Period and Suspension

- Any change or transfer of business address requires prior authorization from the Administrator.
- Must comply with the relevant Memorandum Circular No. 8 dated February 8, 1983.
Designation of Agents and Representatives
- Agents or representatives must be approved in advance by the POEA, per the Memorandum Circular dated May 18, 1983.
- The agency assumes full responsibility for all acts of these agents or representatives in recruitment and placement.
- Agents or representatives cannot establish branch or extension offices unless expressly authorized.
Establishment of Extension or Other Offices
- Extensions or other offices require prior authorization from the Administration.
- Authorization is valid only for the indicated period and is subject to renewal upon proof of compliance.
- Such authorization automatically suspends or cancels if the main office's License/Authority is suspended, cancelled, or expired.
