Authority to Regulate and Implement
- The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports is empowered to issue rules and regulations necessary for the implementation of this Act.
Appropriations and Funding
- Funds required for the establishment and operation of Las Salinas High School shall be included in the General Appropriations Act starting the year following the law’s enactment.
- Appropriations will continue thereafter to support the school’s needs.
Effectivity of the Act
- The Act takes effect upon approval.
- The law lapsed into effect on June 25, 1998, by operation of law, as the President did not sign it within the prescribed period, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27(1) of the Philippine Constitution.
