Declared Port Zone and Territorial Jurisdiction
- The territorial jurisdiction of the Port of Kolambugan in the Municipality of Kolambugan, Province of Lanao del Norte is delineated and established (Section 1).
- The Port Zone is defined by a boundary line beginning at a point marked 1 on the plan, described by a specific bearing and distance: N. 73 deg. 23' W., 198.06 m. from BLLM No. 1, PLS-89 (Section 1).
- The boundary proceeds through points 2 to 12 using the following enumerated directions and distances: N. 32 deg. 42' W., 3.55 m. (to point 2); N. 07 deg. 10' W., 22.04 m. (to point 3); N. 07 deg. 00' W., 100.00 m. (to point 4); DUE SOUTH 350.00 m. (to point 5); N. 07 deg. 00' W., 700.00 m. (to point 6); N. 83 deg. 00' E., 700.00 m. (to point 7); S. 07 deg. 00' E., 785.00 m. (to point 8); S. 79 deg. 11' W., 288.86 m. (to point 9); S. 08 deg. 01' E., 50.00 m. (to point 10); S. 75 deg. 58' W., 55.93 m. (to point 11); S. 08 deg. 29' E., 6.84 m. (to point 12); S. 83 deg. 12' W., 8.52 m. (to the point of beginning) (Section 1).
- The Port Zone has a total area of FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT (534,968) SQUARE METERS, more or less (Section 1).
Administrative Jurisdiction of PPA
- The Kolambugan Port Zone, as delineated in Section 1, is placed under the administrative jurisdiction of the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) (Section 2).
- The PPA must implement a program for the proper zoning, planning, development and utilization of the port (Section 2).
- The PPA’s implementation must be consistent with the regional industrial plans of the government (Section 2).
Effect on Inconsistent Issuances
- All issuances, orders, rules and regulations, or parts thereof that are inconsistent with Executive Order No. 107 are repealed, amended, or modified accordingly (Section 3).
Separability of Provisions
- If any provision of Executive Order No. 107 is declared invalid or unconstitutional, the remaining provisions not affected remain valid and subsisting (Section 4).
Effectivity Upon Publication
- The Executive Order becomes effective immediately upon publication in a newspaper of general circulation (Section 5).
