All personnel (including faculty and staff) currently employed by Kimanait High School shall be absorbed by Kimanait National High School.
All assets owned by the original school are transferred to the newly established national high school.

Records and documents related to the school shall be preserved and transferred accordingly.

Appropriations and Funding

The financial requirements to implement this conversion shall be included in the General Appropriations Act (GAA) following the year of enactment.

Effectivity

The Act took effect immediately upon its approval.
The law lapsed into effect on February 16, 1997, without the President's signature, pursuant to Article VI, Section 27(1) of the 1987 Philippine Constitution, which allows a bill to become law if the President does not act on it within 30 days.
