Conversion of School into National High School
- Section 1 converts the Kapatagan High School Annex of Barangay Kapatagan, Municipality of Laac, Compostela Valley Province into Kapatagan National High School.
- Section 1 directs that the converted school shall operate under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS).
- Section 1 provides that the converted school shall be known as Kapatagan National High School after conversion.
Funding Requirement Through Appropriations
- Section 2 requires that the amount necessary to carry out the provisions of Republic Act No. 8926 be included in the General Appropriations Act.
- Section 2 specifies the timing: the funds must be included in the year following the Act’s enactment into law.
- Section 2 further provides that such inclusion continues and thereafter in subsequent General Appropriations Acts as needed to carry out the Act’s provisions.
