Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel belonging to the Bolhoon Annex are transferred to the newly created Bolhoon National High School.
- Assets associated with the Bolhoon Annex are likewise transferred to the new school.
- Any liabilities of the annex are also assumed by the Bolhoon National High School.
- Relevant records are handed over to ensure continuity and proper administration.
Funding and Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education must include the operationalization of Bolhoon National High School in the Department of Education’s programs immediately.
- Initial funding for the new school shall be charged against the current year’s appropriations of the Jacinto P. Elpa National High Schoola Bolhoon Annex.
- For subsequent years, funding will be incorporated into the annual General Appropriations Act ensuring continued financial support.
Implementation and Rulemaking
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to promulgate rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions and objectives of this Act effectively.
Effectivity and Publication
- The Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
- This provision allows stakeholders to be duly informed before the law becomes operational.
