Shipping Permit Application and Fees
- Applicants must obtain a shipping permit from the Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA) before movement/shipment.
- A fee of PhP200.00 is charged per shipping permit application.
- The requested shipment quantity cannot exceed the volume indicated in the Certificate of Clearance for In-loading.
Documentation Requirements for Shipping Permit
- Submission of the Certificate of Clearance for In-loading is mandatory when applying for the shipping permit related to export and world market sugar.
- For imported or auctioned sugar, the Certificate of Clearance for Release must be submitted.
Effectivity and Compliance
- The order becomes effective immediately upon issuance.
- Any previous Sugar Orders, Circular Letters, rules, or regulations that conflict with this order are revised, modified, or revoked accordingly.

- The Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA) holds authority over the issuance of shipping permits under this order.
- The order is issued by the Administrator of SRA, Ma. Regina Bautista-Martin, signifying official enforcement.
