Allocation and Source of Funds
- All expenses related to the transfer and reinterment, including the construction of the monument and development of the public plaza, will be charged against the budget appropriated to the NHI under the current General Appropriations Act.
- If the allocated funds prove insufficient, additional financing may be drawn from the special activities fund designated for special priorities within the same appropriations act.
Effectivity Clause
- The provisions of this Act shall become effective immediately upon its approval, ensuring prompt execution of its directives.
