  • The school shall be managed by a Vocational School Superintendent appointed by the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports.

Roles and Appointment of Other School officials

  • The Home Industries Training Supervisor of the former Puerto Princesa School of Philippine Craftsmen retains the same position.
  • Each school branch and the main school shall be headed by either a Principal or a Secondary School Head Teacher.
  • Appointment of these officials follows the rules and regulations of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.

Personnel Integration and Management

  • All personnel from the integrated schools shall be transferred or absorbed into Palawan National School.
  • In cases of duplicated duties among personnel, the higher-ranking official is retained.
  • Those not retained due to duplication will be given priority for other qualified positions within the institution.

Transfer of Assets and Liabilities

  • All assets, liabilities, records, and appropriations of the integrated branches are consolidated and transferred to the Palawan National School.

Funding Provisions

  • Implementation costs will be charged to the Department of Education, Culture and Sports’ appropriations for the current fiscal year.
  • Subsequent funding shall be provided in the General Appropriations Acts that follow.

Effectivity Clause

  • The Act becomes effective fifteen (15) days after its publication in at least two newspapers of general circulation.
