Secretariat and Administrative Support

  • The Committee is assisted by a Secretariat headed by the Director of the Environmental Health Service, Office for Public Health Services, Department of Health.

Funding and Budget Allocation

  • One Million Pesos allocated from the Office of the President's emergency funds for 1992 to implement the Order.
  • Subsequent budgets to be incorporated into the General Appropriations Act under the Office for Public Health Services, Department of Health operating expenses.

Effectivity

  • The Executive Order takes effect immediately upon issuance.
