Designating One World Place as IT Center in BGC

Republic Act No. 7916 (Special Economic Zone Act of 1995) authorizes the creation and designation of EcoZone areas and facilities for the purposes of the Act.
Republic Act No. 8748 amended Republic Act No. 7916 and forms part of the legal basis for the proclamation.
The proclamation is issued upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA).
The designation is made subject to the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 7916.
The proclamation expressly makes the designation subject to PEZA Board resolutions Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution 11-006 (s. 2011), and Resolution No. 12-639 (s. 2012).

The proclamation creates and designates a building as an IT Center known as “One World Place.”
The building is located at Lot 7, Block 5, 32nd Street, City Center North, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
The IT Center covers a parcel of land with an area of One Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety (1,790) square meters, more or less.

The land is situated in the Barrio of Fort Bonifacio, Municipality (now City) of Taguig, Province of Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.
