Law Summary

Allocation of Additional Terminal Fee Proceeds

  • All proceeds from the additional terminal fee shall accrue to the General Fund of the National Government.

Restoration of Travel Tax Rates

  • The rates of travel tax as set forth in Section 1 of Presidential Decree No. 1133, as amended by Presidential Decree No. 1387, are restored.

Effectivity of the Additional Terminal Fee

  • The additional terminal fee shall take effect on October 15, 1984.

Repeal and Modification of Inconsistent Laws

  • Sections 1, 4, and 5 of Presidential Decree No. 1935, as amended by Section 2 of Presidential Decree No. 1351, concerning the increased travel tax are repealed or modified as necessary.
  • All laws, decrees, orders, or regulations inconsistent with this Decree are repealed or modified accordingly.
