Increase Bed Capacity of PJGMRMC to 1000 Beds

Section 1 increases the bed capacity of Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (PJGMRMC) from four hundred (400) to one thousand (1,000) beds.
Section 1 requires any future increase in bed capacity to be consistent with the hospital development plan prepared by the Department of Health (DOH).
Section 2 upgrades the PJGMRMC’s existing professional health care services and facilities to match the increased bed capacity.
Section 3 expands the PJGMRMC workforce correspondingly to support the increased capacity.

Section 1 mandates that the PJGMRMC’s bed capacity increases from 400 to 1,000 beds.
