Funding Provisions for Implementing the Increase
- For the calendar year 1998, implementation funds shall be drawn from the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Reserve Control Account.
- Beginning 1999 and subsequent years, funds will be included in the Annual Appropriations of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
