- Sets specific monthly salary rates for various positions within the OSG:
- Assistant Solicitor General (10 positions): ₱55,536
- Solicitor VI (10 positions): ₱52,848
- Solicitor V (10 positions): ₱50,292
- Solicitor IV (10 positions): ₱47,856
- Solicitor III (10 positions): ₱43,332
- Solicitor II (10 positions): ₱41,232
- Solicitor I (10 positions): ₱37,344
- Trial Attorneys (20 positions total, distributed as follows):
- 7 positions at ₱32,184
- 7 positions at ₱30,624
- 6 positions at ₱29,148
Funding and Budgetary Provisions
- Implementation funds to be sourced initially from salary lapses and savings within the OSG.
- Further funding augmentation to be drawn from the Salary Adjustment Fund provided under the 1981 General Appropriations Act and other budgetary reserves.
- Obligates the inclusion of necessary funds for subsequent years in the OSG’s annual appropriations.
Implementation and Regulatory Framework
- Empowers the Ministry of the Budget to prescribe the rules and regulations necessary for proper implementation of the Order.
Effectivity
- The salary adjustments and all provisions mandated in this Order take effect retroactively from January 1, 1982.
