Determination of Additional Plantilla Positions

The West Visayas State University Medical Center will coordinate with the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and West Visayas State University.
These entities will jointly determine the specific additional plantilla positions to be created pursuant to this Act.

The necessary funding for the increased plantilla positions shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Alternatively, funds may come from the internally generated income of the West Visayas State University Medical Center.

Effectivity of the Act

This law shall take effect 15 days after its publication in two national newspapers of general circulation.
